Our experience was brilliant. Lovely calm set up. One of our dogs is a rescue and is not a massive fan of men but Jim was very patient and accommodating to our anxious one as well as putting up with our typical 2 year old nosey, put the parts on male…. Love(!) our pictures we had done and would definitely have more done in future.

Cannot recommend JBS Dog Photography enough! Jim was so welcoming to both us and our cockapoo! He was so patient whilst we were trying to get our dog to stay still for pictures. He had lots of toys and treats for our pooch to enjoy too! We got some amazing pictures, including a wall art piece which we absolutely love! We also had some fun with capturing some bubble pictures and pictures of our pooch licking salmon oil off the end of his nose which were brilliant! A truly lovely experience for us all, and Jim is super friendly, professional and such a lovely guy! Highly recommend!! We will be back for more pictures!!

I had the most enjoyable afternoon at JBS Dog Photography.  Jim has a great studio, my dog walked in wagging his tail and I could see that he felt relaxed and very much at home straight away (as did I with a cup of tea and tin of biscuits that came my way on arrival!).  Jim is an absolute natural with dogs (you would think he was a professional dog trainer as well as photographer).  The session was a great experience, not at all rushed and much care was taken to get those special shots.  There were so many fantastic pictures to have to choose from.  Although it was a near impossibility to select my photos, I knew that none would leave me disappointed.  I was blown away by the end results - I will always treasure our very special photos.  Many thanks Jim!

Friendly and very professional. Jim has lots of patience and is a natural with dogs. 'Aslan' (our whippet) really seemed to enjoy the whole experience, and now we have some wonderful photos to treasure. I can therefore highly recommend this business.

We would highly recommend Jim and JBS Dog Photography to anyone wanting portraits of their animals/family. We contacted Jim as we wanted to arrange an extra special portrait for Christmas. Throughout the entire process Jim was extremely responsive to any queries or questions we had. During the shoot he was incredibly patient and kind to all our dogs and showed great hospitality to us and our giant slobbery pups; which made us feel very relaxed. We were expertly guided through the selection and editing process and kept up to date regarding our order and delivery. The portfolios and acrylic pictures we received are of amazing quality and are beautifully personalised. People are absolutely astounded by the group portrait when they see it, we absolutely adore all our photographs and will cherish them forever. Thank you Jim and JBS Dog Photography family for capturing this moment for us to enjoy forever.

We booked a 2hrs Photoshoot for our 3 rescue dogs which 1 is extremely nervous and other 2 didn’t want to stay in their spot. But Jim has such a natural way with dogs that the shoot was smooth and relaxing for us all. A service with kindness and a smile of professionalism from start to finish. We now have a portrait of our 3 that will brighten our life even more now and after. Overwhelmed with the fabulous service and the picture we bought! 😃🥰🥹

My husband and I have just taken our two Male French bulldog puppies here, it was a really relaxed and fun experience. There was so many amazing photos of our boys it made choosing the final ones very hard,  honestly can't recommend and thank Jim enough.

We have just spent the afternoon with Jim and Karl and what an amazing afternoon we had!

So many laughs and so much fun!

The JBS Studio is great if you have a nervous pooch or a great big sap like we do!

Leroy didn't want to leave the car but with some fuss, calling and skipping from Jim he trotted happily in following Jim at speed!

Once in Leroy was off looking around and playing while we had a sit down and bite to eat.

Treats and balls were the name of the game to get Leroy in the right place and these were in abundance from Jim's stash!! Jim also knew all the right noises to get "that" look too!

We all felt so at ease and comfortable throughout the shoot and the hardest part of the session was narrowing down the images!

Thank you Jim for today and for making Leroy, the big sappy lump, feel so at home. We are extremely grateful and so excited to see the finished images!

They couldn’t have made our time with them any more at ease, fun and professional.  Ensuring nothing was too much trouble and taking an anything is possible approach to our dogs. What a fantastic experience!

Lovely relaxed setting, totally professional and friendly service. It's so nice to deal with someone who puts the animals first. My dog was scared of the flash at first but Jim took time to allow her to settle and had some ingenious ways to get her attention, the result some totally awesome photos that really brought out the best in my girl. Can't thank him enough.

If you want the best photo of your dog there is only one place to go.
